I love NYX eyeliner because it is cheap, but it works amazing! It stays on a long time, putting it on is smooth and easy, and there are so many colors to choose from! It's kind to hard to find the Slim Eye Pencils in stores, but you can buy them at NYXcosmetics.com or on Amazon!
